There is no ideal wart remover, it is especially difficult to remove abnormalities from the cervix; cryotherapy can only remove the overt signs of HPV, but not the virus. Other treatments such as surgery and/or prescribed medications may be needed to eliminate symptoms of this disease. When usual treatments such as organic supplements, topical creams, or over the counter chemical products do not work, and bumps persist or discomfort heightens, a physician should be consulted. Some immunotherapies are available to stimulate the immune system to attack and destroy these outcroppings.
