A wart on hands, condyloma, and cervical dysplasia are the result of inoculation with HPV; abnormal vaginal discharge is one of the symptoms of the disorder. Thus, children who bite their nails or pick at the cuticles are more prone to these disorders. Abrasions create a portal for Papillomavirus to penetrate and cause cellular impairment. HPV causes these benign growths initiating an over production of cells at the base of the outer surface layer of the skin. Other small and flat bumps remaining small, but clustered up to 20-100 at a time are categorized as flat. There may be black dots resembling seeds in the center from surrounding capillaries. Growths appearing initially small flesh-colored pimples that slowly grow into a rough raised bump are classified as common.
