For a plantar wart treatment you can use some medications, but cervical dysplasia and other genital disorders should be treated with cryosurgery, LEEP or other methods. There is the risk of scarring with several of these methods. Surgical methods include blunt dissection, cryogenic, hyfrecation and needling methods. A few common laser options are CO2 Laser, Pulse Dye Laser; Pulse dye is more effective if the lesions have not had prior removals.
