Cures For Genital Warts

There is no ideal cures for genital warts, but a genital wart can be removed with surgery after a pap smear test shows abnormality. Cryosurgery is very effective for treating multiple, small disorders on the genitalia, but it’s not effective curing the rectum area. Standard therapies for GW remove most or the problem. They are: caustic/acids, podophylin resin, imiquimod cream (Aldara), interferon, podophylox, and HPV vaccines when available. There is no ideal remedy for all cases. Such people should always use condoms not to transmit the virus to uninfected partners. Subclinical infection may be lifelong, and there is no remedy. Treatment is aimed at destruction of the warty growth rather than elimination of the virus.
