HPV infecting the genital penis, picture wart like lesions that can be irritating or bleed, but like ASCUS and cervical cancer in women, men are remotely likely to develop cancer. The most frequent clinical manifestation of Human Papilloma Virus in men is Condylomata Acuminata (HPV Lesions) and are visible to the naked eye. These lesions can cause irritation and bleeding, but this type of HPV is rarely associated with cancer. The types of HPV associated to cell dysplasia are HPV 16 and 18. Anogenital lesions are usually found on the penis tip or shaft, or the anal region. It is recommended that men are examined by a urologist to determine the presence of the virus.
