A genital sign symptom wart is a HPV viral manifestation that includes verruca and genital wart viruses. This type or strain of Human Papilloma Virus is often flat, tiny and difficult to diagnose. As the virus progresses the growths take on a bumpy, cauliflower like appearance, often in clusters or groups occurring in the vaginal and anal area.
