External Genital Wart

At present there is no effective way to determine the viral type contracted. Certain strains of the HPV virus are linked to the development of cervical cancer, with approximately sixty different strains total. Flat, tiny and difficult to spot and diagnose, HPV lesions or growths are spread through sexual contact. An external genital wart cannot be removed with a cone biopsy; HPV remains in the system for life and there is no unique methods of treatment.
