For verruca that is tiny and flat, photo wart without colposcopy may be difficult particularly ano-genital condyloma. This HPV infection occurs mainly in children and adolescents and is a small, smooth, slightly elevated growth usually found on the face and back of hands. This type of HPV (Verruca Plana Juvenilis) is harmless, although bothersome, because the nature of this virus is the appearance in great numbers.
