Conization Leep
Conization leep can be used to treat oral herpes and genital herpes lesions.
Cone biopsies and loop electrosurgical excision procedures are common treatment for cervical dysplasia in women. The areas of dysplastic cells are removed from the cervix during these procedures. The tissue extracted is then examined in a lab to make sure all the dysplasia was removed and for any cancer cells.

When all the abnormal cells are removed, these procedures are considered effective treatments. Although HPV remains once the lesions are eliminated, the reoccurrence rate is fairly low since the area most susceptible to abnormal changes is removed during these procedures.
