Dr. Joe Glickman, Jr. is a medical doctor (licensed in Montana since 1979, license 4451), and an author, editor, and publisher of medical and nursing books.
He was the Editor-in-Chief of the medical books called Phantom Notes from 1973 to 1994. Phantom Notes were published in 17 editions in the United States alone and have been sold in over 90% of US and Canada Health Science and Medical School Bookstores.
Phantom Notes were used for more than 20 years to train medical and nursing students in over 30 countries worldwide and have been translated into several foreign languages, including Chinese. The Phantom Notes covered the major medical disciplines of Internal Medicine, Surgery, OB-Gyn, and Pediatrics. Dr. Glickman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas in the undergraduate honors program of Plan II, graduated cum laude, and was initiated into the academic Honor Society of Phi Beta Kappa in 1969.
He received a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas in 1973.
The Phantom Notes were found to be an indispensable tool for medical doctors and nurses in training, including medical students, nursing students, interns and residents who needed the essential facts immediately to make the proper diagnosis on the hospital wards.

ClimateGate and GoreGate, second only to "soon to break ObamaGate":
"Global Warming" was supposed to be about two things: temperature and
human cause. Now it is clear that it was about three things: agenda
(political), agenda (economic), agenda (socialist), with a little greed
mixed in for good measure. There is no warming evidence, and the only
thing caused by humans was the fake temperature information.
Even a "good" agenda would not have justified faking the scientific
information and defrauding the world. Human-caused global warming is
akin to the superstitions of the middle ages. Global warming will go
down in history as the greatest fraud of all time. The instigators will
be jumping out of windows. Obama should stay home and ask Sarah Palin
and Glen Beck to go to Copenhagen and tell the jerks at the CRU and IPCC
what we think about them and their co-conspirators at East Anglia. The
longer Obama ignores the ClimateGate facts, the worse he will look. I am
betting he will ignore it for 30 days. That should give his buddies
enough time to dump their alternative energy stocks.
Finally we can look at how the temperatures were manipulated by a simple
computer program to make the early years of the 20th century look
colder and the later years look warmer. It wasn't complicated. The
programmers just multiplied the temps of the early years by a percentage
less than one, such as 90%, and multiplied the temps of the later years
by a percentage greater than one, such as 110%. That's why the CRU did
not want to show us the computer code or the temperatures that they
used to construct their graphs. An average 5th grader could have
constructed accurate graphs if he had the real temps, but that would not
have promoted the agenda of those who know best for us and those who
stand to gain billions from government grants. Most of all, an accurate
graph would not have allowed promotion of the socialist agenda to take
wealth from developed countries and give it to the third world
countries. But now all of the raw temperature data has been destroyed
by CRU making it impossible to check their results. CRU only kept the
"adjusted" results. :)) So much for the "scientific" method. This is
unheard of in scientific circles and explains why the CRU has avoided
releasing the information for years. Read it for yourself, it's not
