Cervix Exam
A cervix exam can detect condyloma through a colposcopy.
Some instances may require further diagnostics, for example, biopsy or lab tests before clinical management can proceed. Abnormalities such as retroversion, prolapsed uterus, ectropion, cancer, polyps, pus, or bleeding, inflammation, thickening, edematous, granularity, growths, and lacerations or traumas may be observed.

Cervix Exam -
Condyloma, Colposcopy
A cytology sample is generally considered routine during these inspections. During an inspection, observation of color such as normal smooth pink epithelium, uterine position, and nature of any discharge are noted. Regular screening becomes important to establish normalcy or determining characteristic changes such as infections or disease progression.
