HPV Cervical Cancer
If HPV cervical cancer is present, as well as lichen sclerosus, a cone biopsy may be performed.
If there are warts on the partner’s genitals, the intercourse should be avoided, because of the possibility of infections. Women should also reduce the chances of getting the disease: avoid sexual activity before 18 years, use condoms, and avoid sexually promiscuous partners.
If HPV cervical cancer is present, as well as lichen sclerosus, a cone biopsy may be performed.

Lichen Sclerosus, Cone Biopsy
A single PAP smear may not show any abnormal cells. Both of these can stop the progression of the disease. There are two ways of avoiding the disease: various infections treatment and regular PAP smears taken to detect pre-cancerous condition and HPV.
If HPV cervical cancer is present, as well as lichen sclerosus, a cone biopsy may be performed.
