Moderate Dysplasia
The condition of moderate dysplasia or ASCUS is determined with a pap smear and subsequent testing on the abnormal tissue.
The following procedures don't require the patient to stay in the hospital. Laser surgery is considered to be the most effective, but the most expensive method. There are several methods for treating this type of the disease: cryotherapy, cryosurgery, electrocautery (LEEP), laser vaporization or ablation, or biopsy.
